Steps to Request Deletion

    Submit Deletion Request
    Fill out the request form below with your registered email and details. You can request deletion even if you have already uninstalled the application.

    Verification & Confirmation
    Our support team will verify your registered user profile and email ownership to prevent unauthorized deletion.
  • 3
    Permanent Data Erasure
    Once verified, all your account records and personal data will be permanently deleted from our active servers within 7-14 business days.
What Data Will Be Permanently Removed?

Upon processing your request, the following information is permanently erased and cannot be recovered:

Account Profile (Name, Email, Role)
Registered Exam Entries
Practice Test & Quiz Histories
Submitted Answers & Submissions
Earned Marks & Published Results
Device tokens & Refresh keys
